New Banner Logo & Other Site Updates

Hi all,

Dave has given me a lot of leverage, letting me put his site together. And as such I have been working hard getting the social graphics and other things together, I found some that I was able to alter and they look like rustic stamps, which I thought worked well with the website. I also remade the entire logo banner. See below...

It really works well with the new site design in my opinion...

I added some sky blue to the top of the lettering, and some sandy color to the satin bottom to give it some depth, but wasn't sure if it was needed. White looked a little bland, so it was my final attempt. Let me know what you think.

I also did a full design, so we could update the social platforms, including facebook. So now they are looking sick, see below...

I still need to work with Dave to get his BBB.org and Sun City Chamber of Commerce Profiles linked, then finalize some paypal portals. I am going to put some links for easy reviews there as well, so customers can pay with their cell phones, but this is tentative, and ONLY if Dave approves of it. There is a donations button on the home page now, but it's only for testing purposes. Any donations until finalization's are approved by Dave will be refunded immediately.

We can use as many Likes & Followers as possible to help cement the social platform and get it working as it's supposed to, so make sure to hit those like and share buttons! If you're feeling shaggy, come on in and let us get you lookin' good again!

Keeping You Updated...

Hi Guys and Gals,

I wanted to make a post to test the RSS feed functions, but also to let you know about some of the things going on. Firstly, I want to say thanks to Tom Coulson for the new Radio Spot he made for Campana Barber Shop...

I have spent a few weeks building the site, over and over. And researching whether or not to go full fledged site (this includes hosting, etc) which means not cost effective, or to just use the blog for the simplicity of it's inner workings and ability to integrate everything that a business needs.

I have decided for now, to see how far a simple blog can stretch its legs for a business platform. I may change later, but by that time all of the basic setup will be done, and full integration to full website with database resources will be a breeze to get up and running (literally within hours at that point).

My main goal tonight was to create and automate a full blog, a social network platform and an RSS feed point. I was able to set up that infrastructure fairly easily, but graphics and the like will take me some more time. I tend to make those as needed, plus having a folder like that makes it even easier to integrate to a full hosted website later.

I think for now, this sites functionality will suffice until we can get everything working as needed. I will have a home page, pricing page, terms of service and other things up and running by this weekend. For now, I just wanted to keep the customers updated as to how things are going.

Until it's complete, make sure to drop in and get yourself a haircut. Also, make sure to Like, Follow & Subscribe to the links below. The goal now is to build a network so we can communicate with our online customer base in a more efficient manner.

Thanks for dropping by!
